Fremont Brewing Debuts Seafair Pilsner As The Official Beer of Seafair 2025
One of Seattle’s long running summer festivals, Seafair, returns during the summer of 2025 with a new brewery sponsor and beer. This year, Seafair has partnered with Fremont Brewing on the new Seafair Pilsner. As the official festival beer, Seafair Pilsner will be available at all Seafair events throughout 2025, select regional retailers, and Fremont Brewing’s Urban Beer Garden locations in the Fremont and Columbia City neighborhoods of Seattle.
Seafair Pilsner is said to be brewed for sunshine and good times as it’s a crisp, refreshing beer that’s perfect for summer. Light and easy-drinking at 4.5% ABV and 17 IBUs, it offers a clean, slightly sweet flavor with a touch of gentle bitterness and a hint of salt. But the flavors don’t end there as there are also said to be subtle aromas of wildflowers, fresh-cut grass, and a splash of melon!
“Seafair is the heartbeat of Seattle summer,” said Matt Lincecum, Founder and Owner of Fremont Brewing, in a press release. “We brewed Seafair Pilsner to taste like a perfect day on the lake – light, clean, and meant to be shared with friends and family. It’s an honor to be the official beer of this legendary celebration.”
As part of the broader Fremont portfolio, festivalgoers can also enjoy Fremont’s Lush IPA and Golden Pilsner, along with Pike Brewing’s Space Needle IPA and Lost Lake Cider’s Berry Pack, all featured as additional official beers and hard cider at Seafair events across the city.
