Fremont Brewing Introduces Year-Round Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA
Since 2018, Seattle’s Fremont Brewing has been brewing up its popular Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA. Now after 61 unique brews over the course of seven years, it’ll now launch a year-round version of its fan-favorite Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA (HFOD). Beginning this month, craft beer lovers can enjoy the juicy flavors of Head Full of Dynomite anytime of the year.
Though its seven years, Head Full of Dynomite has been a passion project for the brewers at Fremont Brewing. Every six weeks or so, the brew team developed a new recipe with new hop blends, malt profiles, and techniques. With this new permanent release, Fremont Brewing is distilling the best of Head Full of Dynomite’s experimental history into a single, dialed-in recipe that is said to stay true to its roots—hazy, juicy, and packed with tropical flavor.
“Our goal with HFOD has always been to push the boundaries of what a Hazy IPA can be, and after 61 different versions, we’ve landed on something we felt is particularly special—something worthy of standing on its own,” said Matt Lincecum, Founder and Owner of Fremont Brewing, in a statement. “This is the culmination of years of creativity, brewing ingenuity, and hop-forward exploration. We’re excited to be able to offer a year-round HFOD out in the wild.”

The new Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA boasts a 6.8% ABV and pours a hazy light orange, releasing an aroma that is slightly dank and tropical forward with notes of mango, pineapple, and papaya, followed by orange, melon, stone fruit, florals, lemongrass, honey, pine, and light cereals. The flavor profile balances mild sweetness with a gentle bitterness, creating a smooth and refreshing finish.
Crafted with 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Wheat Flakes, Malted Oats, Rolled Oats, Carapils, and Vienna malt, and featuring a hop lineup of Mosaic Incognito®, Idaho 7®, Idaho 7 Cryo, Cashmere Lupomax®, and Chinook, this beer is a love letter to Fremont’s deep-rooted commitment to hop-driven excellence.
The new year-round Head Full of Dynomite Hazy IPA will be available in 12 ounce, 6-packs and on draft at bars, restaurants, and retailers across Fremont Brewing’s distribution footprint and Fremont Brewing’s taprooms in Seattle.
