Seattle’s gluten free brewery, Ghostfish Brewing returns with its Ghost Pepper Saison. First brewed three years ago during the summer of 2106, Ghost Pepper Saison is a gluten free beer that is sure to tempt any fan of spicy food or beverage!
In brewing Ghost Pepper Saison, Ghostfish Brewing took the liberty to add fresh ghost peppers to its funky Belgian-style saison. The beer is available in 22oz bottles at its taproom in SoDo.
Ghost Pepper Saison Description:
A huge amount of fresh pepper flavor and moderate heat up front, revealing fruity Belgian-style aromatics and a sweet malt body as the heat fades.
Ingredients: malted millet and malted buckwheat (from Grouse Malting Co.), malted rice (from Eckert Malting Co.), brown rice, beet sugar, peppers, hops, and yeast.
ABV: 6%
IBU: 15
