Gigantic Brewing Releases A New NEIPA – Cloud City Hazy IPA

It seems like every four weeks or so Gigantic Brewing is releasing a new hazy IPA. This week is no different as the Southeast Portland brewer released its latest New England-Style IPA with its Cloud City Hazy IPA.

Cloud City Hazy IPA Description:
Dreamed up in a galaxy far, far away… this super juicy, soft and fluffy IPA is loaded with Galaxy, Citra, and Crystal hops creating a tropical, citrusy and dank deliciousness.

Cloud City Hazy IPA Tasting Notes:
Citrus fruit, kumquat, mango, tangerine, dank
History & Style: Our love for Star Wars directed us to make this beer. We feature the delicious and beautiful Galaxy hop in this decadently hoppy beer. We can’t claim you’ll have a better time while drinking this beer, but why take chances.

IBUs: 56
Color: Hazy Gold
Ideal Serving Temp: 43-48
Suggested Glassware: Tulip
Ingredients: Local Bull Run water, barley, hops, yeast.
Malts: NW Pale, Flaked Wheat, Demerara Sugar
Hops: Galaxy, Citra, Crystal

Artist Matt Leunig created the label for Cloud City Hazy IPA. Leunig is best known for concert posters and his Scraped Knee series of zines and comic books.
