Stone Brewing Adds Stone Dayfest IPA to the Stone IPA Variety Pack
As Stone Brewing updates its popular Stone IPA Variety Pack, the brewery’s popular IPAs will be joined by a new sessionable IPA. Stone Dayfest IPA is a refreshing 4.5% ABV West Coast IPA that is now exclusively available in the Stone IPA Variety Pack and on draft.
From the can’s summer leaning design to the tropical citrus flavor inside, this beer was designed for those slow summer moments of enjoyment and appreciation. Savor tropical notes of orange, passionfruit and mango. Its intense fruit flavors, malty character and satisfying palate are unique for a beer of such low ABV. Like the Stone Delicious IPA beers, Stone Dayfest IPA is also gluten-reduced.
“This is the beer so many Stone fans have been waiting for,” said Steve Gonzalez, Stone Brewing Sr. Manager of Brewing & Innovation, in a statement. “It has incredible tropical and orange flavor that’s so refreshing without assertive bitterness. That 4.5% ABV is going to make this my go-to summer beer.”
Stone Daytime IPA Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Pale straw color with white foam.
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, citrus and notes of bubblegum. Herbaceous qualities with a general tropical punch aroma. New Zealand classic dankness.
Flavor: Relatively malty for such a low abv beer. The tropical hop character gives a perceived sweetness.
Palate: Off-dry with a long tropical finish.
According to current NielsenIQ data, Stone’s IPA Variety Pack is the #1 selling craft mixed pack in Southern California home and #4 nationwide. Stone Dayfest IPA can only be found in the Variety 12-Pack and on draft.
