The 1^st of our two winter ales, The Prophet will be released to many peoples delight. This deep amber ale weighs in at 8% with 76 IBU’s. It was then infused with 15# of organic non-sulfured raisins to add a deep sweetness enhancing the amazing body consisting of 5 malts.  This beer is certain to keep you warm on these cold, rainy, dark days.
