Vida Vegan Exquisite Beer Dinner @ Bridgeport Brewpub

Vida VeganSunday, April 22, is Earth Day, and what better way to celebrate than by indulging in a plant-based prix fixe at Portland’s oldest Brewpub? We’re partnering with BridgePort chefs Jack Henniger and Jun Robles to bring to you an exquisitely spring-themed vegan coursed dinner.

Join us at 1313 NW Marshall in Portland, at 6:00 pm.

The menu will include fresh and innovative brewpub-style vegan dishes made with BridgePort beers, and complimentary samples of hand-crafted BridgePort beers throughout the evening. Additional beer, wine, and cocktails available for purchase.

BridgePort BrewingTickets for this four course dinner  are $50. 10% of all ticket sales will go to Merciful Maiden Critter Haven. And everyone goes home with a goodie bag featuring Pacific Northwest kale chipsYelp mints… and perhaps a few other surprises.

A sneak peak at the menu (subject to change, based on availability and Chef’s whims):

First course:  “Happy Hour”  a trio of small bites:  Vegan mac n cheese with kettle chip crust, vegan red bean slider with smoky aioli, and BridgePort’s “wookie buffalo wings”  with a shaved celery & radish salad

Second course: “Taco Salad” Raw vegetable salad with kale, quinoa, lentils, orange & spicy walnut chorizo topped with an avocado cashew sour cream & crispy tortillas with a light and lemony dressing

Third course: “Meat Loaf” Mini vegan meatloaf with smoky local miso bbq sauce, sweet potato fries & local seasonal market vegetables

Dessert is TBD, but we’ve heard rumors of chocolate–!

NOTE: Tickets for this 21+ event are nonrefundable. We cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes. Eat at your own risk! We have limited seats, so this event is first come, first serve.
