APRIL MAKERS:

Ancient Heritage Dairy crafts artisan cheese by hand in the heart of SE Portland. Their lineup displays a variety of stunning cow and sheep’s milk wonders, from soft, oozing rounds to hard, crystallized wedges.

Alma Chocolate makes modern classics you can believe in: toffees, pralines, bonbons, toffee and bars all made by hand and capped in luscious, ethical chocolate. Preview one of Alma’s seasonal bon bons made from Meyer lemons with a white chocolate ganache filling and covered in dark chocolate.

Cider Riot is located in Portland’s vibrant inner Eastside, just off Burnside Street. Cider Riot is an urban cidery with a pub and tasting room dedicated to the production of refreshing, thirst quenching, dry ciders.  They use a variety of apples grown in Cascadia, including rare English and French cider variety apples, wild apples from Yamhill County, Oregon, and dessert apples from the Yakima and Hood River Valleys.
