Oregon Cider Week: 2nd Annual Fruit Cider Invitational

When this coming weekend comes around Cider Riot! will host its 2nd Annual Fruit Cider Invitational to help close out the 2017 Oregon Cider Week. Fruit Cider Invitational will take place on Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th from 1:00-8:00pm. Best of all entry is free, just pay as you go on the ciders!

For the second installment of this now annual event Cider Riot! has curated a fine list of fruit-infused ciders from Portland Cider Company, Wandering Aengus, Reverend Nat’s, 2 Towns, Baird & Dewar, ^5 Cider, Carlton Cyderworks, Bauman’s, Apple Outlaw, Wildcraft and more.

Of course Cider Riot! will be pouring its own ciders during this two-day event. Look for a lineup from Cider Riot! of Rudy’s Cranberry Hibiscus, Civil Twilight Plum, Rings of Fire Pineapple Ginger, Twigs N Berries Huckleberry & Spruce Tip, A Strong & Passionate Fruit, Lemmy’s Summer Camp Meyer Lemon, and Chaos de Tejas Blood Orange & Amarillo Hop.

Since this is more cider than tap space at Cider Riot!, they’ll be pouring ciders from all areas of its space including the outdoor patio and in its production space.

On Sunday Cider Riot! will show the Timbers vs. Sounders match inside that taproom at 1:00pm. Then they’ll close out the night with live music from Buddy Jay’s Jamaican Jazz Band at 8:00pm.
