Downtown Portland’s Swank and Swine will be host to 2 Towns Ciderhouse for its upcoming Cider Dinner. Taking place on Thursday, September 21st this multi-course dinner paired with some of 2 Towns’ finest cider will begin seating at 6:00pm in Chef’s Alley at Swank Restaurant.
Executive Chef Alexander Sullivan-Parker will pair his multi-course meal with handcrafted Northwest ciders from 100% fresh-pressed apples. Enjoy the crisp flavors of fall with cider education and seasonal dishes to complement.

crisp oyster, horseradish apple relish
early apple and late summer squash salad, cashew cheese, herbs paired with Prickle Me Pink
roasted cornbread, apple butter
king salmon crudo, cider glaze, Chinese mustard sorbet paired with Ginja Ninja
slow cooked pork short rib, apple hoisin, ‘kimchi,’ crispy rice paired with The Bad Apple
triple crème brie, apple sauce, filberts paired with La Mure
cider donut, hazelnut ice cream, yeast paired with Pommeau
