Ecliptic Brewing Hosts Soup-Inspired Lunation Dinner

PORTLAND, Ore. (March 23, 2015) – Ecliptic Brewing, a craft brewery and restaurant in Portland’s Mississippi neighborhood, will host its April Lunation Dinner on the seventh of the month. Executive chef Michael Molitor’s menu will feature soup in each course, including lobster bisque with huitlacoche cream and rhubarb consomme with Seville orange custard. Each dish will be paired with specialty craft beers from brewmaster John Harris.
Ecliptic hosts its Lunation Dinners on the first Tuesday of every month, with the exception of August and January. Future dinners will take place on May 5, June 2, July 7, Sept. 1, Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.
