Widmer Brothers Brewing 11th Annual Oktoberfest
As we move towards the end of summer in the month of September its time to mark our calendars for the various Oktoberfest celebrations that will take place across the region. Now in its 11th year, the Widmer Brothers Brewing Oktoberfest, Portland’s largest and longest-running Oktoberfest celebration will take place on Saturday, September 12 from 3:00 to 11:00pm.
Located under the eastside of the Fremont Bridge, Widmer Brothers will be hosting its Oktoberfest in the back lot of its historic North Portland property and home to its production brewery. This event is 21 & Over only.
This year admission is $10.00 and there is an advance ticket option for $25.00 that includes 3 beer $5.00 beer tokens. The first 1000 tickets sold will receive a commemorative mug at check-in.
The Oktoberfest celebration is not only limited to the back lot as the Widmer Brothers Pub will be featuring a special menu alongside its 24 taps.
The music lineup for this year’s Widmer Oktoberfest will include:
5:00-6:00pm Garcia Birthday Band
7:00-8:00pm Redwood Son
9:00-10:30pm Tango Alpha Tango
So grab an ale-braised bratwurst with sauerkraut or a German-style pretzel and watch the entertainment on the loading dock-turned stage.
