On December 17, 2010, beginning at 6pm, Aquariva Restaurant in Portland will host a unique Brewmaster’s Dinner, as Executive Chef Andy Arndt teams up with Ninkasi Brewing to serve four elegant Ninkasi-paired courses. As the host of the evening, Ninkasi Brewmaster Jamie Floyd will introduce each beer.
Enjoy each delectable course with a robust brew for $40 per person. Plus, get a taste of Quantum Pale Ale and Unconventionale Imperial Stout, neither of which can be found outside of Eugene except for at Portland’s Holiday Ale Festival. Meanwhile, stay cozy inside while the Christmas Ship Fleet of festively lit boats passes by on the Willamette River during the Annual Christmas Ship Parade.
