Burnside Brewing is pleased to be teaming up with Paragon Restaurant & Bar for an extra special and unique Thanksgiving/Harvest themed Brewers Dinner on Tuesday November 22nd at 6:30pm.

The menu conceived in collaboration with Paragon Executive Chef Sebastian Miller plays upon the gastronomy that Burnside Brewing has become known for by using beers, unfermented wort and hops in many of the menu items themselves.

This dinner will be an exercise in cooking with with beer and a nice break from the usual beer dinner. Taking place just a few days before thanksgiving this is a great chance to fit in another dinner for those who cant get enough of the hearty foods and of course excellent craft beer.

Executive Chef Sebastian Miller from Paragon Restaurant will create a 5-course menu complementing Burnside Brewery’s hand-crafted beers. Brewmaster Jason McAdam’s will discuss the brewing & pairing process.
