Lober Agol (“West Country White”) Release @ Breakside Brewery

Breakside Brewer Ben EdmundsAn heirloom English-style: it’s a low-alcohol, unhopped, sour mashed pale ale fermented with a mixture of traditional brewer’s yeast, spices, spelt flour and egg whites. Loberagol refers to house goblins in British folklore who did house chores in exchange for a bowl of cream or a sip of white brew.
