Oyster, Stout and Whiskey Pairings

$30 for 1/2 doz. Oyster sampler, each paired with a different stout from Double Mountain, Ninkasi and Upright as well as Irish whiskies: the soft, sweet, single grain corn whiskey, Greenore; the medium-bodied, fruity/malty Tyrconnell single malt, and the smoky, complex Connemara. We will be pouring one of the last remaining kegs of Oyster Stout.
