Pre-Seattle Cheese Festival, 5-course Beer, Wine and Cheese Pairing Dinner

Presentations by the Hedges Family: Anne-Marie and Tom, and Christophe
and, the Finkel Family: Charles and Rose Ann
The Hedges and the Finkels’ have a long history that goes back to the early days of wine in Washington as well as Beer. The Hedges like to say “It takes a lot of good beer to make good wine,”  whereas the Finkels say, “Choosing wine or choosing beer is not like being a Democrat or a Republican, you don’t have to choose one or the other”. So to that end we are turning the tables a bit — the wines will be introduced by the Finkel and the beer discussion will be lead by the Hedges.
Thank you to Naomi Smith and Noble Wines, Ltd. for bringing this group together.
