St. Patty's Day Beer Dinner w/Lazy Boy & Naked City @ Alderbrook Resort & Spa

To celebrate the country’s biggest beer-drinking holiday, St. Patrick’s Day, Alderbrook Resort & Spa is collaborating with local Naked City Brewery and Lazy Boy Brewing to host a five course Brewmaster’s Dinner on Saturday, March 12 at 6:30 pm. The meal includes five courses from Executive Chef Tristan Holst, ranging from battered Scottish salmon to espresso rubbed flank steak.

Each dish is paired with an appropriate beer – samples will include Lazy Boy “Belgian Golden” and the Naked City “Big Lebrewski Imperial Cream Stout,” among others. Additionally, the head Brewmasters will be there to spout their beer expertise. Tickets are $59 per person. More information is listed below and I have attached the menu for your convenience.
