Tap It Tuesday @ Cascade Brewing Barrel House

Tonight’s Tap It Tuesday at 6pm is “LIVE Nightfall.” A sneak peak of this year’s soon-to-be-released Nightfall, this NW style sour ale is a blend of blond wheat beers that are barrel aged for over six months, then aged on organic Chilean blackberries for another five months. Dusty floral notes lead into tart blackberries and currants on the nose. Bright tart berries and dark fruit on the palate transition to a soft lingering dry fruit tartness in the finish.  It weighs in at 8% ABV and sells for $6/glass.  Tap It Tuesday takes place every Tuesday at 6 pm at the Barrel House, 939 SE Belmont St.
