Tap It Tuesday @ Cascade Brewing Barrel House

Tonight’s Tap It Tuesday at 6pm is “LIVE: Double Sour Cherry Bain.” This live barrel of NW Double Sour Bain de Brugge from the blenders reserve is a barrel aged spiced porter that was blended with barrel aged sour pie cherries. Sharp notes of dark sherry and tart cherries greet you in the nose.  A bright cherry tartness and dark malts on the palate finish with a pronounced deep fruit richness that leaves a lasting tart dryness on the tongue. It weighs in at 7.5% ABV and costs $6/glass
