Homebrew chef Sean Paxton collaborated with brewers from Ninkasi, Speakeasy, and Schmaltz (Hebrew) to create a nut brown ale brewed with dulce de leche, popped corn and peanuts. Really! Ninkasi Ringleader himself Jamie Floyd will tap this keg and Ninkasi Helles Belles and reps from Schmaltz and Speakeasy are tapping Funky Jewbelation barrel-aged blend and Scarface Imperial Stout respectively.
