Head Brewer Zach Beckwith of Three Creeks Brewing of Sisters, Oregon has announced a number of noteworthy beer releases worth checking out. Beckwith, who you might remember from his tenures at New Old Lompoc and Pints is now running the brewhouse at the Central Oregon brewpub. Vintage bottles, new beer releases, a vertical tasting, and much more. Here’s the good word from Zach:
This Friday November 9 we are launching the 2012 vintage of Rudolph’s Imperial Red. We’ll have bottles for sale as well as Rudy on draft and raffling off SWAG and tickets to our Rudolph Vertical Tasting. On Thursday November 15 we’ll be at Broken Top Bottle Shop launching Raptor Rye IPA and Rudolph in bottles and pouring some samples. The following Monday November 19 I’ll be at Platypus pub for a meet the brewer, Tom promises to have at least 2 Three Creeks beers on tap for the occasion. Finally, Friday November 23 we’re releasing Hodag CDA at our Sisters brewpub. To honor Hoodoo Ski Area’s 75th anniversary we were approached to brew a beer for the occasion. We decided on a Cascadian Dark Ale loaded with Crystal, Bravo and Columbus hops. Hodag will be available throughout the ski season and will be available both in draft and bottles. I’m hoping to get a keg of Hodag to Green Dragon for the Black Friday event but have to work out the logistics.
Awesome! If you find yourself in the Bend area, make sure to stop out to Three Creeks Brewpub in Sisters and say hi to Zach!
