Brewpublic Presents: Beer Mixology Hat-Trick at The Guild Public House

BREWPUBLIC & The Guild Public House Present The Beer Mixology Hat-Trick

The Guild Public HouseBrewpublic is pleased to announce that we are teaming up with The Guild Public House to bring together a trifecta of tri-state craft breweries to perform the ultimate beer mixology hat-trick. Portland’s popular farmhouse inspired microbrewery The Commons Brewery will be the home team in this menage-a-trios of beer infused cocktail insanity. From just across the river in Vancouver, WA comes Mt Tabor Brewing, the region’s first craft brewery in several years. Rounding out the triumvirate of flavor aptitude will be Berkeley, California’s Bison Organic Brewing. Brewers and representatives from these three dynamic brewhouses will be on hand to showcase popular releases as well as cocktails made with and to specifically designed to complement the offerings of each. Beers brewed with a variety of ingredients will be married with liquor and a variety of other components to result in a one of a kind whirlwind of immaculateness.

The Commons will also feature a special keg of something to be determined at the time of the event. Brewer Eric Surface will also provide a keg of Mt Tabor’s India Pale Ale. Bison Organic Brewing will unleash their Gingerbread Flip made with their popular Gingerbread Ale, infused with ginger simple syrup, Sailor Jerry Rum,and eggs. Bison brewer Daniel Del Grande will also be pouring his sublimely delicious Chocolate Stout for this event as well.

Many of the recipes for this event would not have been possible without the guidance of nationally acclaimed beer mixologist Ashley Routson, who wears many hats in the craft libations world, including wine sommelier, Cicerone certified beer expert, and serves by day as the director of awesomeness for Bison Brewing. Routson, followed widely as The Beer Wench runs two popular blogs, Drink With The Wench and BeerMixology.
