Portland's Ex Novo Brewing Signs with Running Man Distributing

PORTLAND, OR (January 9, 2015) — Portland, Oregon-based Running Man Distributing has partnered with Ex Novo Brewing Company to its portfolio of beer and cider brands. The beer and cider distributor will sell Ex Novo’s beers to bars and restaurants in Portland’s tri-county region. Ex Novo produces wonderful ales and lagers in a wide range of styles, but also, the Ex Novo beers sold in Portland support charities in the Pacific Northwest and around the globe.

“We are excited to embark on a common mission with our friends at Running Man Distributing,” said Ex-Novo founder Joel Gregory, “not just to share great beer with the people of Portland, but to spread Portland’s spirit of nurturing the planet and caring for others.”

Founded as a non-profit brewer, Ex Novo covers its expenses and a supports a small reserve, then donates remaining profits to a variety of charity organizations supporting the impoverished, at-risk youth, and people in violence-stricken regions of the world. Additionally, Running Man Distributing donates a portion of its annual proceeds to local green concerns EcoTrust and the Forest Park Conservancy.
