Oharov Russian Imperial Stout
Many versions of strong dark stouts have come and gone throughout the centuries, but the Russian Imperial Stout has been the style of choice since the 18th Century for those who appreciate rich, complex dark ales. Our version, Oharov, was brewed to be true to the style – a drinkable ebony brew, warming the frigid days like a ray of black sunshine. Loaded with caramel, chocolate and roasted coffee flavors, Oharov’s bold aggressiveness quickly finishes smooth, dry, and crisp. ABV: 8.3%, IBU’s: 56

Odin Brewing
Batch of the Beast (barrel-aged stout)
7.5%. Batch #666, prepare to taste the darkness. Brewed with the blackest malts around and aged in wet Oola whiskey barrels, this robust, dry stout soaked up the whiskey and barrel flavors to finish as a strong, full bodied, mouth of darkness stout.

This beer is “The One” Dick’s brew crew is most proud of. Brewed in honor of our mentor and friend, Dick Young, we hope you knock a few back in his honor and memory. Dick loved his Danger Ale, so we thought it was fitting that we use his original recipe and make it a bit more danger-ous. The Double Danger’s smooth flavor makes this beer a highly drinkable ale. This beer doesn’t fit any category, won’t fit into some set criteria… and we like it that way. 8.5%

We didn’t set out to reinvent the wheel, just to perfect and personalize it. Brewed in 2013 and laid to rest in rye whiskey barrels for 16 months. Made with Crystal, Carafa, roasted, chocolate, and aromatic malts with a touch of wheat, rye and oats for additional body. Hops include Caliente, Willamette and Exp 6300. All the components are present: a rich, roasted taste with hints of choco- late from the malt; coconut, vanilla and whiskey from the barrel. Our version is unique in our use of oats and rye in the grist and rye whiskey barrels for aging. 9.9% ABV

Wee Heavy Winter Ale
The NW’s first designated “seasonal” beer, Wee Heavy is an award-winning strong ale. Mahogany colored and rich, with an extra complexity from the addition of 2 year old whiskey barrel aged Wee Heavy. Ingredients include Pale, Crystal, Torrefied Wheat, Spelt, Aromatic & Cherrywood-smoked malts. Hops include Columbus, Chinook and East Kent Golding Hops. 30 IBUs, 7.1% ABV.

Cask Supergoose IPA
A classic Northwest India Pale Ale. Liberal use of Yakima’s finest new hops, including the elusive and exclusive Amarillo, create an expert blend of citrus & pine hop aromas with a rich malt body. Supergoose is, best of all, a balanced and drinkable IPA, characteristics that have made it a regional favorite. 87 IBUs, 7.1% ABV.

Pyramid Breweries
Snow Cap
7% ABV; Deep mahogany in color, our full-bodied winter warmer is brewed in the spirit of British winter ales. Crafted with a flurry of roasted chocolate and caramel malts, and generously hopped, it delivers a smooth finish that makes this beer the perfect cold weather companion.

Railroad Avenue
8.2% ABV; You’ve arrived at your destination on time. We laid the tracks to this Imperial Porter with deep roasted malts and barley, along with dashes of vanilla, cinnamon, and dark brown sugar. Railroad Avenue is a big, malty brew that conducts the palate to a nicely spiced, mildly sweet finish.

Espresso Stout
5.6% ABV; A deep complex ale with a few extra perks, Espresso Stout is brewed with a hair-bending blend of caramel and dark roasted malts, and a jolt of espresso.

Stoup Brewing
Whiskey Barrel aged Imperial Porter
ABV 9%, IBU: 40, SRM: 41 – Our Imperial Porter was brewed as a celebration of Stoup’s first year in business. It is a bigger, bolder cousin of our Robust Porter. THEN we gilded the lilly by aging it in a whiskey barrel from our friends at Westland Distillery, adding notes of vanilla, toast and the appealing warmth that comes from a higher ABV.

Winter Warmer
ABV: 7%, IBU: 30 A full-bodied winter treat in the English tradition. This well balanced beer is loaded with rich layers of malt that are first evident in the aromas and follow through on the palate. Savory, toffee-carmel flavors are complemented by just the right amount of bitterness. A full pint of gratitude to Big Time Brewery for letting us use their very unique yeast.

NW IPA
ABV: 7.5%, IBU: 60, SRM: 7 This beer greets you with floral and citrus aromas, the result of aggressive Cascade dry-hopping. The addition of Chinook hops leave you with a lingering pineyness reminiscent of a hike in the mountains. A light malt sweetness provides balance while maintaining the hop forward character.
