Portland, Ore. (Jan. 9, 2015) – Ecliptic Brewing, a craft brewery and restaurant in Portland’s Mississippi neighborhood, will host its February Lunation Dinner on the third of the month. Executive chef Michael Molitor‘s menu will feature seeds in each course, including carne cruda with sesame and cocoa nib, as well as poppy seed panna cotta with candied kumquat. Each dish will be paired with specialty craft beers from brewmaster John Harris.
Ecliptic hosts its Lunation Dinners on the first Tuesday of every month, with the exception of August and January. Future dinners will take place on March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, Sept. 1, Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.
