Portland’s phenomenal deli, Elephants Delicatessen will welcome Burnside Brewing for a four-course beer dinner at their flagship Northwest Portland location. The dinner will take place on Thursday, October 23rd at 6:30pm.
Burnside Brewing Co. shares Elephants goal of using indigenous and handcrafted ingredients. They focus on easy to drink beers that accompany and enhance the culinary experience. The dinner will showcase both their traditional style beers, such as the Oktoberfest, and their food-inspired beers like the Sweet Heat, an apricot wheat beer dry hopped with scotch bonnet peppers.
Elephants Executive Chef Scott Weaver has developed a four-course course meal to highlight the diversity of these beers. Dinners are served in the private dining space, Elephants Garden Room, at the flagship Northwest 22nd Ave location beginning at 6:30 pm. This special beer dinner will cost $40.00 per person.
