Occidental Brewing's 4th Annual Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest kicked off in Munich this past weekend and this Saturday, Portland’s German style brewery, Occidental Brewing, will host their 4th Annual Oktoberfest celebration. Occidental’s Oktoberfest will take place at their brewery near the St. Johns Bridge this Saturday, September 27th from Noon to 10:00pm.
Yes, its time to celebrate the change of season and get your Oktoberfest on. Occidental brewed a special 2014 Festbier that will be available on Saturday as well as their solid lineup of year round and seasonal beers. Since there will be some German food brought you by Urban German Grill, all ages will be welcome during Oktoberfest.
In case the weather turns for the worse, there will be an 1800 square foot tent along with live music all day, featuring the return of Chervona! Entry is only $10 that will allow for your drinking mug and first beer. Sounds like a great way to spend your Saturday in St. Johns.
