Pelican Brewing Releases Raspberried at Sea Vol. II
|A re-envisioned fruit beer joins the seasonal beer lineup from Pelican Brewing with the release of Raspberried at Sea Vol. II. Originally released as an experimental beer in the 2018 Lone Pelican Small Batch Series, this new version is brewed with less alcohol and a little lighter with additional fresh fruit character perfect for the warmer days ahead.
In brewing Raspberried at Sea Vol. II, Pelican used hundreds of pounds of fresh raspberries from the Pacific Northwest to create this bright, refreshing beer with a tart raspberry character, layers of fruity complexity and a pleasing pink hue. Raspberried at Sea Vol. II is now available in 12 oz. 6-pack bottles that sits at 6% ABV and 25 IBUs.
“Raspberried at Sea Volume II is an evolution from its delicious predecessor in the Lone Pelican experimental series,” says Darron Welch, founding brewmaster, Pelican Brewing Company, in a statement. “Volume II takes a little lighter approach to the beer, highlighting the balance of raspberry character with drinkability that makes it perfect for those bright, brisk spring afternoons. This fruit beer packs the flavor punch and refreshing dryness we wanted to capture for our next seasonal. Enjoy!”

Delish! Tastes a lot like a raspberry wheat beer from a certain well-known Oregon restaurant chain
