Clarity Peach Hard Sparkling Water Debuts from Eel River Brewing

Clarity Hard Sparkling Water, a line extension from Eel River Brewing, has released its latest seasonal flavor, Clarity Peach. This flavor joins the brewery’s seasonal lineup to compliement the year-round flavors of Raspberry, Meyer Lemon, Lime & Ginger, and Mango.

Clarity Peach offers up nothing complicated, just bright floral aroma, juicy body and velvety sweet finish, this limited time offering is the perfect guilt free treat for the season. Clarity Peach is low carb, zero sugar and naturally gluten free. It’s the perfect drink choice for any outdoor activity or Fall outing.

“We wanted to bring a fresh new Fall flavor to the market,” explained Head Brewer, Mike Smith, in a statement. “The juicy peach notes are reminiscent of peach cobblers and autumn festivities, making it perfect for a Fall release.”

One thing that we appreciate about hard seltzers are the various options that these drinks can be used in making a cocktail. Clarity offered up a recipe for a Spiced Peach Cobbler. This cocktail uses four ingredients – 6oz of Clarity Peach, 1oz of Humboldt Spiced Rum from Humboldt Distillery, 0.5oz of Maple Syrup, and 0.5oz of Lemon Juice. Mix the rum, maple syrup and lemon juice together and then add it to a glass prior to topping off with about 6oz of Clarity Peach. Then sit back and enjoy!
