Woodsman Tavern to Host Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery
Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery will be bringing its beers to Southeast Portland next week when it takes over the back patio of The Woodsman Tavern. Taking place on Wednesday, August 2nd from 4:00-8:00pm, The Woodsman Tavern will be putting together a special menu for the evening that’ll feature Philly style hoagies and sides.
Here’s a preview of the four beer that Wolves & People will be bringing to the backyard celebration next week.
Hibiscus Sour Jawn: A tart and refreshing farmhouse ale aged with hibiscus flowers.
Farmer Tan: Our annual saison brett brewed with Douglas fir tips from the farm and local Cashmere hops.
Honeycone: A juicy hazy farmhouse IPA made with pilsner and wheat malts, prismatic aroma hops as well as dry additions, and raw honey.
Crushpad: A German-style pilsner with Noble hop floral and spicy characteristics, a well-calibrated bitterness, and oh-so-crushable.
