Pike Brewing Returns with Mountain’s Out IPA in 2024
Beginning today, Pike Brewing returns with its limited spring beer, Mountain’s Out IPA. This is pure Washington as it’s crafted with 100% Washington-grown ingredients. Yes, a beer brewed from and for Washingtonians.
As the Pacific Northwest enters a transitional period of a bit less rain, Pike Brewing invites craft beer enthusiasts to embark on an outdoor adventure with Mountain’s Out IPA in tow. Chalk up that first hike with friends through the Cascades, dust off the kayak for a paddle on Lake Union or simply kick back with a view of The Mountain as a daydreaming backdrop to a refreshing Mountain’s Out IPA.
Mountains Out IPA is made with 100% Washington ingredients and mind power. Lyon Pilsner, Stingray Wheat, Ajay Oat Malt, Puprle Egyptian Pale and Genie Pale from LINC Malt compliment Mosaic, Cashmere & Azacca hops from Yakima Chief and Roy Farms. The IPA is described as bursting with notes of fresh berries, ripe melon & alpine meadows over a toasted, biscuit malt back drop and a bright citrus hop finish at 7.0% ABV and 45 IBUs.
Pike Brewing will host a fundraiser on Sunday, April 14 at its Pike Pub that’ll support SheJumps. The brewery will also provide round-up donations throughout the month of April in support of the organization’s mission to increase the participation of women in outdoor activities.
Mountain’s Out IPA is available on draft and in 16 ounce cans in select retail locations as well as at Pike Pub, Pike Fish Bar or Pike Taproom Summit as well as throughout the Pacific Northwest starting. To learn more, visit pikebrewing.com.
