Oakshire is releasing three new beers to celebrate its eighteenth anniversary. These special releases will be available in both package and draft throughout Oregon and Washington, including at tour partners Bridge & Tunnel in Astoria, Oak Tree Station in Camas, Prime Taphouse in Tanasbourne, and Beerworks in Medford.
18th Anniversary Beer Releases:
- Goatshire IPA collaboration with Ruse Brewing: Goatshire creates a fragrant, fruity and resinous drinking experience. Brewed and developed with Ruse Brewing, the two breweries aimed to combine their years of experience in brewing IPAs to craft something exceptional in celebration of eighteen years of making beer and creating friendships at Oakshire.
- Eighteen, rye whiskey barrel-aged imperial stout: Eighteen pours jet black with a deep tan head, and its nose bursts with notes of baker’s chocolate and caramel. Rich and viscous, each sip reveals deep chocolate, spice, and dark dried fruit, finishing with a complex web of aroma, flavor, and texture from its 22 months in Evan Williams High Rye-Whiskey barrels.
- Time is Construct, Jamaican-rum barrel-aged imperial stout: Time is a Construct of our imagination. Built upon Oakshire’s anniversary ale base, they aged this special release Imperial Stout in Jamaican rum barrels for 21 months. Filled with notes of baker’s chocolate, dark fruit, and subtle spice with a rum-like finish.
“Community is one of the reasons why we exist, and the Ruse Brewing Team continues to provide profound inspiration into the creation of beer.” Dan, COO.
