Dogfish Head Announced its 2025 Beverage Calendar

MILTON, Del. (Dec. 12, 2024) – It’s the most wonderful time for a beer … or cocktail! As the New Year draws nearer, Dogfish Head excitedly announces its 2025 beverage release calendar. Chock full of off-centered goodness, the brewery’s annual release calendar unveils a host of new products and reintroduces fans to some beloved throwbacks, all of which are slated to hit shelves next year.

2025 BEER LINEUP:

Dogfish Head’s 2025 assortment of off-centered ales highlights a myriad of year-round options, seasonal sippers and variety packs. But the brewery didn’t decide on its lineup alone! Dogfish asked drinkers.

“We put the call out to our 1.1M social media followers, asking them which of our archived beers they would like to see make a comeback,” said Sam Calagione, Dogfish Head Founder & Brewer. “The submissions were plentiful, but a couple of old faves rose to the top. I’m excited to share that we’re bringing back not one, not two, but a whole slew of beers from our brewing archives, either in standalone packs or as the featured brews in our seasonal variety packs.”

Here’s exactly what folks can expect from the beer side of Dogfish Head’s portfolio in 2025.

Year-Round Beer Offerings:

• 60 Minute IPA (6.0% ABV): A continually hopped IPA brewed with a slew of intense Northwest hops to deliver a pungently, citrusy, grassy hop flavor without being crushingly bitter.
• 90 Minute Imperial IPA (9.0% ABV): One of the first continually hopped beers whose powerful malt backbone supports its extreme hopping rate for rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas, and a pungent, but not overly bitter, hop flavor.
• SeaQuench Ale (4.9% ABV): A uniquely refreshing wheat beer brewed with lime, lime peel, black limes and sea salt.
• Citrus Squall (8.0% ABV): The perfect storm of an imperial golden ale and a paloma cocktail brewed with blue agave nectar, lime peels and grapefruit juice.
• NEW! Tropical Squall (9.0% ABV): An imperial golden ale brewed with mango and pineapple for unexpectedly bold and juicy flavor.
• Blue Hen Pilsner (4.8% ABV): A crisp and refreshing pilsner brewed with just four ingredients – water, hops, yeast, and Delaware-grown and malted barley.
• Slightly Mighty (4.0% ABV): A lo-cal IPA that is slight in calories and carbs with mighty hop character and has just 95 calories, 3.6g carbs, 1g protein and 0g fat per 12oz can.
• UPDATED! All IPA Variety Pack: A 12pk/12oz cans featuring a medley of four hop-forward favorites – 60 Minute IPA, 90 Minute IPA, Slightly Mighty and 75 Minute IPA.
  o THROWBACK! 75 Minute IPA (7.5% ABV): A continually hopped IPA brewed with maple syrup for a robustly hoppy yet balanced flavor.

Spring Beer Releases:

• NEW! Super Doppio (7.0% ABV): A smooth and crisp Italian-style Imperial pilsner brewed with malted spelt and dry hopped with gusto.
• UPDATED! Spring Variety Pack: A variety 12pk/12oz cans including 60 Minute IPA, Slightly Mighty, Blue Hen Pilsner and a new, variety pack exclusive, Midnight Cascade.
  o NEW! Midnight Cascade (7.0% ABV): A black IPA brewed with midnight wheat malt and heirloom black rye malt for a beer brimming with notes of dank pine and bright citrus, and just a hint of roasty flavor.

Summer Beer Releases:

• THROWBACK! Festina Pêche (4.5% ABV): A refreshing Neo-Berliner Weisse brewed with truckloads of real peaches, which are added during fermentation, for a tart and subtly sweet sipper perfect for the warm summer weather.
• 120 Minute IPA (15-20% ABV): An unfiltered and abundantly hoppy Imperial IPA continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more hops.
• UPDATED! Summer Variety Pack: A variety 12pk/12oz cans featuring SeaQuench Ale, Festina Pêche and two other uber-refreshing brews.

Fall Beer Releases:

• Punkin Ale (7.0% ABV): A fall-favorite, full-bodied brown ale brewed with real pumpkin meat, brown sugar and spices.
• THROWBACK! Liquid Truth Serum (7.0% ABV): An unfiltered IPA bursting with all kinds of hops – whole leaf, liquefied, pelletized and powdered – for a blissfully inefficient brew that’s truthfully hoppy and chock full of citrusy, tropical flavor notes.
• UPDATED! Fall Variety Pack: A 12pk/12oz can package including 60 Minute IPA, Punkin Ale and two oldies but goodies – Raison D’Etre and Chicory Stout. That’s right … these two beloved brews are back, and available only in the Fall Variety Pack.
  o THROWBACK! Raison D’Etre (8.0% ABV): A Belgian-style brown ale brewed with beet sugar, raisins and a Belgian-style yeast to create a beer that’s as tasty and complex as a fine red wine.
  o THROWBACK! Chicory Stout (5.2% ABV): A dark beer made with roasted chicory, organic locally roasted coffee and licorice root for the perfect food-pairing partner.

Winter Beer Releases:

• NEW! Triple Decadence World Wide Stout (15-20% ABV): A new take on Dogfish Head’s World Wide Stout, a rich and roasty Imperial stout brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, this version is aged in Palo Santo wood tanks, Dogfish Head Let’s Get Lost Whiskey barrels and
  Samuel Adams Utopias barrels.
• Covered In Nuggs (7.1% ABV): A classically dank and piney IPA judiciously hopped with heaps of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops.
• THROWBACK! Pennsylvania Tuxedo (8.5% ABV): A spruce-infused pale ale with a grassy, citrusy kick that’s complemented by resinous conifer notes.
• UPDATED! Winter Variety Pack: A 12pk/12oz can variety pack with 60 Minute IPA, Blue Hen Pilsner, Covered In Nuggs and a new collaborative beer that’s sure to soothe those cold weather blues.

2025 READY-TO-DRINK COCKTAILS LINEUP:

Harnessing its more than 20 years of distilling experience, Dogfish Head’s spirits-based, ready-to- drink cocktails* in a can feature two shots of full-proof spirits and two real fruit flavors in every recipe. The result? A deliciously real, bar-quality cocktail without the hassle. Next year’s ready-to-drink cocktail lineup includes the following recipes and packages.

• Strawberry Honeyberry Vodka Lemonade (7.0% ABV): Dogfish Head vodka mixed with juice from real lemons and strawberries, complemented by subtly sweet and juicy notes of honeyberries for light, vibrant flavor.
• Blood Orange Mango Vodka Crush (7.0% ABV): Dogfish Head vodka combined with real blood orange and mango juices for an easy-to-drink, citrus-forward libation.

• NEW! Alternate Takes Whiskey (45%ABV): A complex and drinkable whiskey aged for three years in oak barrels before being finished for one year in rum casks.
