Oregon Beer Odyssey: Wild and Sour Beers
Sour is the new hoppy! Explore the wonderful world of beer brewed outside of the confines of traditional brewer’s yeast, and learn how craft brewers are using barrels, bacteria, and wild microorganisms to push the boundaries of beer flavor. We are excited to be hosting this class at the Cascade Barrel House, the first beer bar in North America dedicated to the production and serving of sour ales!
