Big Win For Oregon Homebrewers
Congratulations to the Oregon Homebrewer’s Alliance and all who have worked to preserve the inalienable rights of our state’s homebrewers.
Governor Kitzhaber is scheduled to sign SB444 into law today, Monday, 28 March 2011, at 3:30PM, after which it will again be legal to transport legally home brewed alcoholic beverages for all lawful purposes in the state of Oregon.

So having worked nearly a decade in the legislative process I fear that in a few weeks months or years we’ll find out they screwed something else up in the process of fixing this. Hope not but….
Sweet! I was kind of worried when it seemed to be taking so long for the Gov’ to sign the bill. Congratulations to all who worked so hard to get this done, I would gladly and legally share a bottle of my own with you!
Anyone who didn’t vote for the thing would have been thrown out into the street.
