Oregon Beer Odyssey Presents: Hophead's Delight

In this class, we appeal to the inner hop lover in all of us and explore the diversity of hops and hop flavors. We will focus on differentiating between the major families of hops, demonstrating how hops can impact the depth of a beer, and explore specific American hop varietals in great detail. You’ll leave the class being able to tell your Cascades from your Fuggles and appreciating the great breadth of hop character in beer.
