Salem Ale Works & Three Legged Dog Team Up for Beer Pairing Dinner

(Independence, OR) – Celebrate Oregon Craft Beer Month with an intimate evening of local craft beer and food. The Three Legged Dog Public House and Salem Ale Works have teamed up once again to showcase the local flavors and talents of the mid-Willamette Valley.

Enjoy a four-course dinner pairing The Three Legged Dog’s seasonal, fresh ingredients with Salem Ale Works’ masterfully crafted beers on Sunday, July 24, starting at 6 p.m. at the Three Legged Dog in Independence (250 Main St). Chef Audrey Wales of The Three Legged Dog and Salem Ale Works’ Head Brewer Justin Ego will discuss pairing decisions and share the story of each beer between courses.
