Two Oregon breweries, one a longstanding one and the other an new rising brewery have come together to brew a unique beer that brings together a beer that is chock full of interesting flavors. Rogue Ales & Spirits has joined forces with Xicha Brewing on the newly released Pineapple Tamarind Blonde Ale.

On this collaboration, Rogue brings his celebrated brewing skills to the table as Xicha Brewing offers up its Latin heritage and its take on brewing. Together the two breweries pushed one another in brewing a welcoming fruit beer that’s full of flavor exploration.

“We wanted to create something truly special, something that celebrates our shared love for craft beer and our diverse culinary heritage,” says Ricardo Antunez, head chef and founder of Xicha Brewing. “This collaboration represents more than just brewing beer; it’s about bringing people together, sparking creativity, and exploring new flavors in real-time.”

Charlie Van Meter, Head Brewer at Xicha Brewing, adds, “This collaboration pushes the boundaries of what beer can be. Working alongside Rogue Ales and Spirits has been inspiring, and together, we’ve crafted a beer that embodies our passion for innovation and quality.”
