Little Beast Brewing Inaugural Bottle Release & Open House
After launching his latest project earlier this spring with two draft only releases, Little Beast Brewing will now launch 750 mL cork and cage bottles of these first two beers. On Saturday, July 8th from Noon-4:00pm, Little Beast Brewing will launch bottles of its Fera American Brett Ale and Bes Tart Wheat during the brewery’s first open house.
Beyond the first time that these bottles will be available to the public, Little Beast will also open the doors to its brewery to the public for the first time. This rare occurrence will allow patrons to sample some rare beer from the brewery’s foudre and fermentors. Basically a mini-Zwickelmania and the brewers will be sampling its soon to be released Strawberry Tart.
Little Beast is located directly behind Westgate Bourbon Bar, accessible from the parking lot. Enter through back door under the pop-up tent. There will also be brewery merchandise for sale.
If you miss the bottle release inside the brewery, Little Beast will also be hosting bottle release events the following days. On Sunday, July 9th Chizu in downtown Portland will host a beer and cheese pairing from 3:00-7:00pm. Then on Tuesday, July 11th Belmont Station will host a bottle release from 5:00-8:00pm.
