Cascade Barrel Room Closer to Opening

On Friday night we visited Ron Gansberg and the Cascade Brewing team at their new SE Belmont and 9th location and witnessed a dramatic change from our previous visit.

The Barrel Room, Cascade’s highly anticipated forthcoming location kitty-corner from the Green Dragon Pub and Bistro and close to Grand Central Bowl recent began putting up walls and designing the bar for a late spring/early summer opening.

According to owner Art Larrance, Cascade patrons can expect a great food menu and out of this world specialty beers that have been aging in barrels. We were fortunate enough to try last summer’s Gose and an aged barrel of Saison from Gansberg.

With a great southern exposure that opens to the city with a view of the West Hills, the Barrel Room should be a must visit destination for beer enthusiast from around the world. We can not wait!
