For The Love of Beer Trailer Release

For the Love of Beer is an independent documentary devoted to the stories and passions of the women at the forefront of the Pacific Northwest beer community.  The craft beer industry is exploding and while more and more women are enjoying craft beer, the modern brewing industry is a heavily male dominated field.

However, in the Pacific Northwest, women are fighting their way to being some of the most influential people in the brewing industry.  As farmers, brewers, journalists, advocates, tap line technicians, beer bar owners, and consumers, Pacific Northwest women are involved in the beer industry, every step of the way.  This documentary is about those women, their passion, and their stories.  While these women acknowledge that their struggles are opening doors for females everywhere, they’re not doing it for feminism or equality…they’re doing it for the love of beer.
