Alto Bajo & Firestone Walker Brewing Mexican Inspired Beer Dinner
|Alto Bajo, one of downtown Portland’s more recent Mexican inspired restaurants is teaming up with Firestone Walker Brewing on a six-course Beer Dinner that includes a vegan option.
Located inside the Hi-Lo Hotel, Alto Baja features regional Mexican cuisine with accents of contemporary style. Led by Executive Chef Bryant Kryck he showcases traditional flavors through a modern, distinctive lens.
On Sunday, July 29th at 6:00pm, Alto Bajo will present a six-course beer dinner that will pair craft beers from Firestone Walker Brewing and regional Mexican cuisine from the kitchen of Alto Bajo. Small plates, created by chef Bryant Kryck, will highlight the unique and versatile beers coming from the highly rated Firestone Walker Brewing. There will be vegan options, in addition to the regular menu, available for those who are interested.
