8th Annual Brews for New Avenues Returns on August 10, 2019

Eight years in, the 2019 Brews for New Avenues returns to Portland, Oregon with its annual fundraising events that benefits New Avenues for Youth. This year’s festivities will take place from August 8-10, 2019, and will be highlighted by the largest rare beer auction in the world at the events festival on Saturday, August 10th.

Each year Brews for New Avenues raises money to benefit New Avenues for Youth’s programs and services for youth experiencing or are at-risk of homelessness. Best of all, 100% of proceeds from all three days of events will go to New Avenues of Youth.

For 2019 Brews for New Avenues will host a Brewers Dinner on August 8th, two Oyster & Gueuze Social sessions on August 9th and will culminate with Brews for New Avenues Festival on August 10th. Each year Brews for New Avenues brings hundreds of beer connoisseurs and breweries from around the globe to Portland for this event.

Brewers Dinner
Thursday, August 8th at Tournant, 6-9pm
Features award-winning blends and brews from Hasselt, Belgium, and Portland, Oregon, paired with cuisine from Portland chef Connor Martin. Plus an exclusive meet n’ greet with our 2019 Guests, Raf Souvereyns and Alex Ganum.
$150 per person, limit 2 tickets per purchase.

Oyster & Gueuze Social – Session 1
Friday, August 9th at Park Avenue West Tower SESSION 1: 4-6pm
Features special bottle pours from Cantillon, a bottle auction, a selection of draft lambic, and plenty of freshly shucked oysters on the half shell!
$65 per person; limit 2 tickets per purchase.

Oyster & Gueuze Social – Session 2
Friday, August 9th at Park Avenue West Tower SESSION 2: 6:30-8:30pm
Features special bottle pours from Cantillon, a bottle auction, a selection of draft lambic, and plenty of freshly shucked oysters on the half shell!

Brews for New Avenues VIP Event
Saturday, August 10th from 2-5pm at Left Bank Annex
Our VIPs get exclusive access to bottle pours from Block 15, Tioga-Sequoia, and Logsdon. AND rare pours from guests Raf Souvereyns and Portland’s own Alex Ganum. Before our General Admission doors open, this exclusive VIP event includes access to bid on hundreds of rare beer auction packages, the opportunity to purchase special event-only bottlings, food from Olympia Provisions and Cheese Bar, cider pours from Rev. Nats Hard Cider and a special lambic Wall of Beer sponsored by Lambic.info!
