2020 Hop Harvest Yields Two Fresh Hop Beers From Ecliptic Brewing
The 2020 hop harvest brings us two fresh hop beers – Altair Fresh Hop Pale Ale and Astra Fresh Hop Lager – from Ecliptic Brewing. Both beers are on tap at Ecliptic Brewing and Altair Fresh Hop is also available in six-pack, 12oz cans at the brewery and soon in the marketplace.
Altair Fresh Hop Pale Ale
Altair is a bright star in the constellation Aquila the Eagle. El Dorado & Strata hops were used in this year’s Altair. This light pale ale has fresh aromas of tropical fruit balanced with citrus and berry flavors.
ABV: 5.5%
Astra Fresh Hop Lager
Astra, the Latin word for star, shines with Strata & Cascade hops. It is a crisp, clean lager to celebrate the annual hop harvest!
ABV: 5.5%
Ecliptic Brewing is open from Noon – 9:00pm, Sunday – Thursday and from Noon – 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday.
