Perhaps the brew Upright is most excited about releasing the year, this barrel fermented sour ale will finally make its way out this Friday (January 20th at 4:30pm) at the tasting room. This fresh peach beer originally brewed in August of 2010 will be on tap (only one keg) and for sale in bottled form. It’s a very lambic-esque beer and ripe for sour beer fans. Hand dipped wax topped 750ml bottles will be on sale for $20 each or $225 a case with a one case limit.
