Portland State of Mind: The New Brew – Tapping into the Business of Sustainable Beer

PSU New Brew

Portland State University has recently launched a comprehensive online program on The Business of Craft Brewing through the PSU School of Business. The Business of Craft Brewing program is designed for anyone with an interest in the business side of craft beverages, from grower to glass. The school’s focus is primarily on craft brewing, but they include business models for distilleries and alcoholic cider facilities as well.

Tonight you can join New Belgium Brewing’s CEO, Kim Jordan, and Hopworks Urban Brewery’s Brewmaster and Owner, Christian Ettinger, for a discussion on how to build a socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable business in the crowded craft brewing market. Moderated by Sustainable Business Oregon’s Editor, Andy Giegerich.
