White Owl Social Club's Heathens & Hops

For those that cannot wait for this weekend’s Hood River Hops Fest or next weekend’s Portland Fresh Hops Fest, there will be a mini fresh hop fest taking place beginning on Friday. White Owl Social Club will be hosting Heathens & Hops beginning at 3:00pm on Friday, September 26th and lasting all weekend through Sunday, September 28th.

Heathens & Hops is a celebration of this special time of the year and White Owl Social Club put together a collection of fresh hop and wet hop beers that will delight many taste buds of hop lovers here in Portland. Best part of all there is that there is no cover for this weekend’s Heathens & Hops.

• The Commons Brewery
• Deschutes
• Laurelwood
• 10 Barrel
• Elysian
• Goodlife
• Oakshire
• Sierra Nevada
• Breakside
• Beer Valley
• Coalition

Since White Owl has only 12 taps, not all of the listed brewery’s beers will be on at the same time. There is no definitive time frame for when certain beers will be tapped, except that they will be pouring them all weekend or until the beer runs out.

They will also be pouring a specialty craft cocktail made with Laurelwood Fresh Hop Free Range Red so make sure to be on the lookout for this unique cocktail.

White Owl will also feature the heavy amp worship rockscapes of DJ Metal Matt on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00pm and DJ Blackhawk on Saturday from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
