5th Annual No Wheat? No Sweat – Gluten Free Dinner
|For one night on Wednesday, February 1st Bazi Bierbrasserie will present its annual No Wheat? No Sweat – Gluten Free Dinner. Now in its fifth year, this annual gluten free dinner brings in Green’s Brewery from Merchant du Vin and a cidery. This year’s cidery is Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider and guests can choose either the beer or cider to pair with each of the four courses.
When No Wheat? No Sweat – Gluten Free Dinner begins at 6:30pm; guests will also learn more about gluten-free beverage options, take home recipes, resources, along with a souvenir Green’s beer glass. The dinner costs $35.00 that includes gratuity. Tickets may be purchased online at Evenbrite.com

Salad
Fennel Salad with Honeycrisp Apples and Feta Cheese in a Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing
Paired with Green’s IPA OR Reverend Nat’s New Moon Mandarin
Soup
Mediterranean Red Curry Sorghum Soup
Paired with Green’s Amber OR Reverend Nat’s Hallelujah Hopricot
Main Course
Roasted Chicken with Butternut Squash, Sorghum and Pomegranate Seeds
Paired with Green’s Tripel Blonde OR Reverend Nat’s Revival Hard Cider
Dessert
Belgian Waffles glazed with a Wooden Hellfire Cider Reduction
Green’s Dubbel Dark Ale OR Reverend Nat’s Wooden Hellfire
