Hamlet Welcomes pFriem For a Beer Dinner
pFriem Family Brewers will be bringing its beers to Portland to pair with a dinner to be held at Hamlet in Portland’s Pearl District on Sunday, August 7. Chef Devon Chase from Hamlet will pair his five-course meal with five of pFriem’s beers from 5:00 to 10:00pm. In attendance will be brewers from pFriem that will discuss the beers being poured. There will also be retail sales of pFriem beers.
Dinner and Beer Pairing Menu:
- Seared Provolone: agrodolce and bruschetta – pFriem Pilsner
- Blueberry Walnut Salad: orange vinaigrette, fresh herbs and balsamic roasted onions – pFriem Saison
- Roasted Octopus with Crema: cherry tomatoes, serranos, pepitas and speck – pFriem Wit or Sour IPA
**availability of this seasonal IPA is TBD** - Stuffed Pork Belly: mascarpone potato salad and greens – pFriem Belgian strong
- Tiramisu: this stuff is made of magic! – pFriem Flanders Blonde
